Chad Hartley

Chad Hartley was a member of Jittery Joe’s in 2003 and 2004, and he returns to the team after three seasons with other organizations. Chad is a Midwesterner from the Chicago area. He is an all-around rider with a solid sprint, and he will be an integral part to any race due to his experience as well as his physical talents.
