Athens, GA— Jittery Joe’s Brings Back Cesar Grajales for 2007 and Two New Aussies: The Jittery Joe’s-Zero Gravity Pro Cycling Team has brought climbing phenom Cesar Grajales back to The Bean Team where he first made an impact on domestic cycling. Grajales won the queen stage of the 2004 Tour de Georgia when he attacked a group with Lance Armstrong, Jens Voight and Chris Horner with 2K to go to win on top of the Hors Categorie Brasstown Bald.“Cesar really put our team on the map that day,” said Micah Rice, team manager, “we all are extremely excited to have him back next year. I think that we will be ready to step it up on the domestic scene with our new additions and our returning riders.”The team has also signed two more Australians to the 2007 team. Cody Stevenson of CyclingNews.com and Tommy Nankervis of Priority Health will be riding for The Bean Team next year. Also returning to the team are Aussies Jeff Hopkins and Trent Wilson and Americans Neil Shirley, Evan Elken and Austin King.
